 Rolled out to Active911 Beta customers on November 1st, 2024.

 Added improved net code support for handling database connection errors.

 Fixed a bug when no firefighters match the alert responses. 

 Fixed a bug where the alert "details" were not appearing. 

 Converted the alert times and response times to the timezone of the computer running Fire Station.
